  2. Disclaimer: We offer personalized diet and lifestyle plans that promote weight management and help manage certain health conditions like PCOS, Diabetes, Thyroid, Hypertension, and more. However, our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or clinical therapy.

    You must consult your doctor or healthcare provider if you have a diagnosed condition or any specific medical concerns. Our programs serve as additional care and support, not replacements for prescribed treatments.

  3. No Guarantee of Specific Results: Individual results will vary. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or disease-related outcomes.

  5. Medical Conditions & Risk Disclosure If any of the following conditions (not restricted to) apply, you must consult a qualified medical professional before starting any plan:

    If you experience pain, discomfort, or allergic reactions during the program and fail to inform us beforehand, we are not liable for any outcomes.

    We reserve the right to deny service if we believe your medical history poses a risk, at our sole discretion.

  7. Plan Pausing:

    Certain plans may allow a pause facility, which will be mentioned at the time of purchase. Pausing is allowed only in the following events:

    Pregnancy – up to 1 year

    Natural calamity – up to 2 months

    Death of a family member – up to 2 months

  8. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

    1. Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

      • Strict Diet Plan Compliance: You must fully follow the diet plan provided, which includes:

        • Eating only the foods and quantities mentioned
        • Avoiding restricted items
        • Following instructions on meal timings and preparation

      • No Breaks in Adherence: The diet plan must be followed continuously without any gaps or interruptions.

      • Meal Photo Submissions: You are required to submit clear, timely photographs of your meals throughout the program. These must match the prescribed plan and be shared as per the given guidelines.

      • Health Conditions: This guarantee is not valid for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions such as thyroid issues, PCOD/PCOS, diabetes, or any other medical conditions that is disclosed or unapproved prior to purchase.

      • Right to freeze/termination of service. We reserve the right to freeze or terminate our service at any time including your access to our platform. This will definitely follow upon a successful refund request, but not limited to. Once your plan ends or a successful refund request has been made, all our services will be withdrawn from you with no further commitments from our side.

    2. How to Request a Refund, if you meet the eligibility criteria:

      Submit On Time: Refund requests must be made within 30 of purchase.

      Provide Proof: Include all required documentation, especially meal photos, showing consistent adherence to the diet plan.

      Review Process: Your request will be reviewed based on the evidence provided. A refund will be issued only if all terms are satisfactorily met.

    3. Important Exclusions:

      Refunds will not be granted if:

      • The diet plan was not followed as directed
      • There were breaks or inconsistencies in adherence
      • Meal documentation was not submitted
      • You have an undisclosed medical condition affecting results

        • No Partial Refunds – Only full refunds are offered if eligible.
        • Policy Updates – We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any updates will apply to future purchases and will be communicated in advance.

  9. Intellectual Property: All content, including plans, visuals, blogs, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Dt. Parijat or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without our written permission.
